Quality Control:
Our powder coating have totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of the fence panel.
Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed guns for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is
always fixed at the position of spear top.

Crosscut testing for the powder coating.
The QC of powder coating checks the surface by light on both sides. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped
from the eye of QC. Our QC check the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average
thickness of the coating is more than 100um.

1.Fence panel: Air bubble flim+Carton box+wood/metal pallet 
2.Fence post: every post pack with a plastic film bag(the cap is covered well on the post)+pallet
