    A: Yes we do.
        1) Fence structure:10 years warranty.
           Orient Aluminium warrants that the aluminium fence structure will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.
        2) Powder Coated Colors: 5 year warranty.
           Orient Aluminium warrants that powder coated film on the product will not chip, peel, crack or flake.
           The color might fade slightly. 
           The color fade and coating chalk depends on salinity, humidity and UV radiation intensity.
           In our local projects, the common powder last 10 years, or even 15 years with slight fade and no chalk.

9. Q: What if the product is defective after it arrives?
    A: If defects occur within the quality warranty period from the date of delivery, Orient Aluminium will replace the defective ones or provide compensation.
