Quality Control:
Our powder coating have totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of the fence panel.
Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed guns for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is
always fixed at the position of spear top.

Crosscut testing for the powder coating.
The QC of powder coating checks the surface by light on both sides. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped
from the eye of QC. Our QC check the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average
thickness of the coating is more than 100um.

Package/Loading:
1. Aluminium railing:
On the pallet (there is a carton board on the bottom of the railing, to reduce the crash between
the pallet and the panel; there is corrugated paperboard or foam paper between two panels,
to reduce the damage), wood crate(If necessary).
2.Post: Packed in a plastic bag, and then wrapped by air bubble film.
3. Fittings: In cartons
